Help girls develop memorable and enjoyable associations with sports.

In 2024, we’ve gone into production to print the second edition of this book. While we’ve covered the stories of the same ten athletes (and groups) from the first version in 2019, we’ve updated all stories with more information as to developments in the athletes journey since 2019. We’ve also made some changes to some of the activities and challenges. If you would like to purchase a book, please contact Alicia via email and indicate how many books you would like to have. We will then make arrangements for the delivery.

Each book will cost HK$120. For every book sold, ALL proceeds will be donated to Women In Sports Empowered Hong Kong (WISE) to support their programs and activities organised at local secondary schools. Purchasing the book helps significantly to support the work at the non profit to support young people’s health and wellbeing and gain skills for life!
